KELOWNA, BC, September 17, 2015 – (TSX-V: QHR) QHR Corporation (“QHR” or the “Company”), a leader in the Canadian healthcare information technology sector, is pleased to announce that it has granted 100,000 incentive stock options to Mike Checkley, CEO of QHR.  Subject to vesting, each stock option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company for an exercise price of $1.20 at any time until September 16, 2020. The stock options generally vest over a two year period in equal quarterly installments and are subject to the terms of the Company’s stock option plan and its standard form of stock option agreement, in addition to the applicable policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
